WHBPAC held their 5h Annual "Be Our Guest Gala," hosted by Sheila & Seth Waugh at their magnificent waterfront home boasting breathtaking sunset views over Quantuck Bay. The Cocktail Party fundraiser on Dune Road featured cocktails and sumptuous hors d’oeuvres before guests departed to private dinner parties at selected homes.
