The Advisory Council of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center hosted their second annual "Be Our Guest" Gala Fundraiser, in Quogue at the waterfront home of Sheila & Seth Waugh followed by a spectacular evening of eleven elegant dinners at private homes to all to benefit WHBPAC.
