The 60th Annual Outer Critics Circle Awards were announced at Sardi’s Restaurant (234 West 44th Street) in NYC on May 27, 2010. Catherine Zeta- Jones A Little Night Music and Montego Glover Memphis tied for Outstanding Actress in a Musical.
