July 22, 2023:  Actor/musician, Nils Allen “Booboo” Stewart Jr., best known for playing Seth Clearwater in The Twilight Series, Warpath in X-Men:  Days of Future Past, Jay in the Disney television film franchise   Descendants,” and more outstanding roles in a flourishing film and TV career, is having his first exhibition of his artwork in New York City. This exciting exhibition will take place at the Park West Gallery, 411 West Broadway, in the heart of SoHo.

There were long lines at the opening of Booboo’s showcase yesterday. The exhibition, Things I Don’t Know How To Talk About, features a collection of thought-provoking and visually stunning artworks- including a series of sketches and sculptures. There was also a LIVE drawing “performance” by Booboo, accompanied by a DJ.

Stewart’s introduction to the art world has been met with excitement and anticipation. After focusing most of his Instagram posts on his fine art pursuits, he has amassed over 2.3 Million followers, fans, and art enthusiasts, are eager to view his multidimensional talents.  Booboo is thrilled.

“Drawing, ever since I can remember, has always been the thing that makes me feel most like myself,” he said, adding “if I had a pen and some paper I’d be set.” His journey into the art scene demonstrates his passion for self-expression beyond the realm of acting.

Preparing for the exhibition, Booboo dedicated countless hours of work in his Los Angeles studio, immersing himself in his creative process. The result is a collection of artworks that reflect his firsthand experiences, emotions, and inner thoughts.  The show confirms Booboo Stewart as an emerging artist to watch.

John Block, Park West’s Executive Vice President, spoke about this exciting partnership, saying, “Booboo is a talented artist, he’s incredibly humble, kind, and easy to be around – truly a special and gifted guy.”
