She wrote “Addictions” in response to her younger brother Kevin’s suicide. “Addictions had its East Cost premiere in New York at a celebrity reading benefiting the Caron Treatment Centers, a leader in treatment for addiction, a little over a year ago. That one night only reading also featuring Ms. Styler raised close to a million dollars.
Incidentally Tricia will be the subject of a new documentary produced by Freestyle Productions, a UK-based film production company. Set to film in the UK and USA, the feature will examine Tricia's own personal struggle with addiction as well as her creative journey as an author, actress, producer, and philanthropist.
