The Flea is presenting the World Premiere of I SEE YOU, a romantic comedy by Kate Robin, directed by F

lea Artistic Director Jim Simpson. I SEE YOU opened on Sunday November 16 after beginning previews on November 7 for a limited run Off-Broadway through December 21.
The appealing two character study brings together a stay-at-home dad Jesse, played by Stephen Barker Turner, and a neurotic disaster predicting mom Nina, played by Danielle Slavick. Jesse is a totally disengaged parent, who crosses paths with Nina, an over reactive mother. She fears that things are spinning out control and the world, as we know it, is headed for disaster. Everything is dangerous and people today have lost the art of communication with their heads buried in their electronic devices exposing themselves to wireless radiation.
The press release says "I SEE YOU is really about the psychic and emotional stress of living in the cusp of the apocalypse – which is sort of where we are," says Robin who is returning to The Flea for her second production following The Light Outside.
This two-hander features a design by Kyle Chepulis (Set), Brian Aldus (Lighting), Claudia Brown (Costumes), and Janie Bullard (Sound).
