The Drama Desk presented “Playwrights & Critics: Bridging the Gap,” a conversation with playwrights and critics, followed by a members mingle this past Wednesday, March 16. Robert Schenkkan, the author of the multi award winning play All the Way and the Pulitzer Prize winning Kentucky Cycle, joined Doug Wright, the 2004 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning playwright of I Am My Own Wife, for a lively discussion moderated by Doug with acclaimed playwrights Kia Corthorn, Matthew Lombardo and Sharr White on the relationship between playwrights and critics.
