The Drama Desk Awards for the 2022-2023 season were presented yesterday at Sardi’s

June 7, 2023: The 67th Annual Drama Desk Award honoring the 2022-2023 season were presented in a ceremony hosted by Mandy Patinkin and Kathryn Grody at the legendary Sardi’s Restaurant yesterday. However, the Drama Desk was the big surprise winner! The Office of the Mayor surprised the Drama Desk with a special citation for their continued service to the community. Charles Wright and David Barbour co- presidents of the Drama Desk, were stunned and thrilled. Some Like It Hot won the most Drama Desk awards with eight, followed by The Life of Pi with four awards.
