January 17, 2013: The Amoralists presented the World Premiere of Lyle Kessler’s new dama COLLISION at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, 224 Waverly Place in the New York’s West Village. Directed by David Fofi Collision chronicles the chance encounter that ultimately proves more likely calculated when three students, a professor and a stranger come together in a college dorm room. The strong cast features Amoralist member James kautz along with Michael Cullen, Craig ‘myMs’, Nick Lawson, and Anna Stromberg in the 110 minute drama with no intermission.

Just prior to opening a press release announced the play originally a black comedy would now be referred to as a drama. Kessler is playwright of note play. His acclaimed play ORPHANS, will be revived on Broadway this March starring Alec Baldwin and directed by Dan Sullivan.
Collision runs Off-Broadway from January 10 – February 17, 2013 at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, located at 224 Waverly Place between Perry & West 11th Streets in New York City. Previews begin January 10 for a January 22 opening. Performances are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm, and Sundays at 5pm. There is no performance on Sun 2/3.
