Beginning in the early 90s, he has committed his efforts to fine art photography. Jones has been featured in many solo and group exhibits, winning numerous awards and honors. His latest series, Booth says, “is almost painterly and it creates a visual moment that pulls the viewer in. The almost painterly pastel colors and soft motion gives one a calming feeling of peace that pulls the viewer in,” Booth also note about Jones’ exhibit. “The stunning color is all true to nature, altered only by the atmosphere created by the weather and light.”
The pieces captured with a digital camera, offer viewers a new perspective on the local scenery.
