Free Admission at ARF Alumni Reunion/Pet Celebration day at Adoption Center in Wainscott

May 5, 2019: On Saturday morning from 10am till noon ARF honored our furry friends with a pet celebration day at the ARF Adoption Center on Daniels Hole Road in Wainscott.  The event was FREE for the whole family, and ARF planned a special morning of fun-filled activities and goodies for everyone, including pets. May 4, 2019:  On Friday evening LTV Creative Director, Angela LaGreca, hosted and performed at LTV’s third creative artists salon, a unique night of comedy, music, film, scene readings, and chat, all to benefit LTV, the East End’s premier public access station and media center on Industrial Road in Wainscott.  Angela, an actress and comedian, also produces the monthly event by having talent from New York City mingle with local talent to try out new works in progress.

Angela LaGreca launches Creative Artists Salon Series at LTV with celebrity guests.

February 23, 2019:  On Friday evening LTV Creative Director, Angela LaGreca, hosted the first ever creative artists salon at LTV, East Hampton’s non-profit local access television station on Industrial Road in Wainscott.  Not only did Angela organize the event bringing in some of her celebrity friends, but she also drew on local talent and was master of ceremonies for the fun and entertaining evening.  Some of those who performed included Joy Behar, Julie Bluestone, Mario Cantone, Patrick Christiano, Steven Gaines, Irene Glezos, Bridget LeRoy, Aida Turturro, Rosario Varela, and Robert Zimmerman with musical direction by Lenny Babbish.

January 1, 2019: New Year’s Eve at Gurney’s Montauk featured a delectable five course dinner at Scarpetta Beach, served at two seatings, and an Indoor Beach Club Party, “Gone to Gurney’s,” which started at 9PM, featuring DJ Vikas with dancing throughout the night.

Bay Street Theater Summer Season

Bay Street Theater is pleased to announce two of the three productions planned for the 2019 Mainstage Summer Season. The first will be the World Premiere of SAFE SPACE, which will run from May 28 – June 16. This new play is by Alan Fox and will be directed by three-time Tony Award Winner Jack O’Brien (The Hard Place, Hairspray, The Coast of Utopia). The 26th Hamptons International Film Festival

The 26th Hamptons International Film Festival  announces their award winners at a ceremony in East Hampton.

October 8, 2018:  ALL GOOD “ALLES IST GUT”, directed by Eva Trobisch, won the Award for Best Narrative Feature, sponsored by Netflix. DIVIDE AND CONQUER: THE STORY OF ROGER AILES, directed by Alexis Bloom, received the Award for Best Documentary Feature, also sponsored by Netflix. FENCE “GARDHI”, directed by Lendita Zeqiraj, and GUAXUMA, directed by Nara Normande, received the Award for Best Narrative Short Film and for Best Documentary Short Film, respectively.  Both Short Films will qualify for Academy® consideration. All four films were directed by female filmmakers.
