The shows are  created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel, impresario of T.H.’s Broadway by the Year and Unplugged!

As its title implies, Broadway Originals! returns to the stage stars reprising songs they introduced either in original Broadway productions or in first revivals. Headliners include Tony winners Yvonne Constant [La Plume de Ma Tante], Daisy Eagan [The Secret Garden; also a Drama Desk nom] and Tammy Grimes [Unsinkable Molly Brown; also a DD winner, Private Lives]; and Tony noms Christopher Fitzgerald [Finian’s Rainbow, Young Frankenstein; also with four DD-noms and one win], Lorraine Serabian [Zorba!] and Bob Stillman [Dirty Blonde; and a DD-nom for Hello, Again].

Also starring are Sarah Uriarte Berry  [Taboo], Tituss Burgess [Guys & Dolls – 2009, The Little Mermaid], Andrea Frierson [Once on This Island], DD nom Alexander Gemignani [Sweeney Todd], Marilyn Michaels [Catskill’s on Broadway], the Manhattan Rhythm Kings [Crazy for You], Anne Runolfsson [Cyrano-The Musical] and
DD-nom Marianne Tatum [The Three Musketeers]. On the bill will be Marva Hicks, Vanessa Jones and Ramona Keller [the Radio Ladies, Caroline or Change], accompanied by Caroline or Change composer and three-time Tony nom Jeanine Tesori. Scott Coulter directs, with John Fischer as M.D., with band.

Ms. Stritch, who made her Bway debut in 1946 and who’s become a TV fav via NBC’s hit 30 Rock, is a four-time Tony nom and four-time DD-nom with three wins. She comes to T.H. October 22 following her recent, acclaimed return engagement at the very tony Cafe Carlyle. Rob Bowman is M.D. Ms. Stritch’s smash Elaine Stritch: At Liberty won a 2002 Tony for Best Special Theatrical Event.

"Having the phenomenal Elaine Stritch as our centerpiece," states Siegel, "is quite a coup and also gives our long-time supporters an opportunity to see and hear Ms. Stritch at extraordinarily affordable prices. One thing you can always count on: Elaine will be memorable."

October 28’s A Tribute to Judy Garland and Gene Kelly will feature interviews with co-hosts Lorna Luft [speaking of her mother, Miss Garland] and acclaimed director/choreographer Susan Stroman [13 Tony noms and five wins; 14 DD noms and five wins] on Mr. Kelly. Performers include: Noah Racey [Never Gonna Dance, Curtains], Elizabeth Stanley [Million Dollar Quartet], Carole Bufford and the New York Song and Dance Company. Broadway by the Year’s Ross Patterson is M.D. with his Little Big Band.

"Having Lorna and Susan speaking about iconic film legends Garland and Kelly," says Siegel, "and having our headliners perform a combination of the song and dance numbers they made famous is something totally different and quite exciting. It will provide quite a capper to Town Hall’s Seventh Annual Broadway Cabaret Festival."
